					<description><![CDATA[Good job! And great advice too!  I never realized how drinking too much was such a problem with fluid imbalance. We talked about that in one of my classes this year, and now I am more aware.  I also bring a few pretzels do assist with fluid balance, in case I do start chugging too much water.]]></description>

On shoes, I highly recommend going to Runner&#039;s Corner and getting a consultation and a really good pair if you&#039;re going to keep running. Especially if you have any foot issues. I have horrible arches and training for and running a marathon in cheap ($50) shoes ill-suited for my feet made it worse. It&#039;s so great to go, have a &quot;professional&quot; tell you what you need, and have a great pair of shoes. With the right shoes, I don&#039;t have any foot problems, and my knees do better too!]]></description>
