I’ve been loving the summer sales at Kohls.com and Zulily. Sparkly flip flops and sassy chevron pants – yes, please! During the school year Miss Lily’s clothing options are limited by her charter school’s dress code, but during the summer her little personality comes out. Lily put this outfit together herself and is rocking it!
