We did fairly well with our meal plan last week and LOVED exploring new ways to add whole grain into our everyday diets.

The Quinoa and Parmesan Stuffed Tomatoes and Berry Oat Super Smoothie were HUGE hits. My two year old couldn’t get enough of the Pumpkin Quinoa muffins either so we will be making those again this week.

is to eat at home more often. I definitely need to do this this week so that I can stay in our grocery and eat out budget this month!

Avocado Chicken Parmesan
Turkey Quinoa Meatloaf
Cheesy Chicken and Rice in Crockpot
Spaghetti and Meatballs with Salad
Beef Stroganoff with Green Beans
