When it comes to goals, I am all about accountability. I was happy to see Erika at Life Unfluffed started a goal for the week link up. Count me in! I’ll report back next Monday how this week’s goal went.

Now I’ll admit, I’m a chronic goal starter and sometimes the goal gets lost in the hustle and bustle of keeping our family of five alive and well. But I do believe that when I write a goal down and share it with others that, that I will be more likely to finish it. So here it goes …

My goal for the week is to spend 15 minutes a day eye to eye playing and learning with each of my three children.

I am a stay at home mom and have plenty of time with my kiddos every day, but sometimes I worry that I am too caught up in the to do list in my head. By dedicating at least 15 minutes of my ears, heart, and hands to just them, perhaps it will spill more into our daily activities. They are my number one priority and I want them to feel it. Wish me luck!

How do you make sure you have quality one on one time with your children each day?
