For 31 years I have spent every Labor Day weekend at Cherry Hill Campground and Water Park.ย I grew up chasing cousins around the playground, racing down Cardiac Canyon,ย  playing card games at picnic tables, and snacking on delicious pies. Cherry Hill is packed full of family memories for me and I am so excited to be recreating them with my children. Cherry Hill has a FABULOUSLY interactive Facebook page where I was lucky enough to win splash passes for my little family – can’t wait to use them!

But before all the fun can begin, I’ve got so much packing to do! Don’t know how my mom did it. Luckily, Cherry Hill is slightly more glamping than camping. Shout out to the hot showers and the Smith’s down the road in case you forget anything. This year I get to try out some new products to help make camping with children a little bit easier!

Here are the fun products we will be trying out:

1. Dapple Dish Liquid.ย

This travel-sized bottle of Dapple Dish liquid arrived just in time! It is the perfect size for camping and I can’t wait to use it on Kyler’s sippy cups this weekend. I tried a little bit at home and I love how quickly the soap washes off of the cups. When we camp, I always rinse multiple times to make sure no soap residue is left on the sippy cups. It is nice knowing that Dapple Dish liquid is made with all-natural ingredients and that it is free of phthalates, parabes, and dyes. I’ll let you know how it works out in wild (or Kaysville, wink, wink.)

2. Wexy Snack Bags

These eco-friendly snack bags are so cute. We’ve been using them for after school snacks on our way to activities and lessons. My four-year-old loves the monsters on the front of the bags – his favorite is the blue one. I love that they are BPA free, biodegradable and reusable. Plus made in the USA! The Wexy Snack Bags are just the right size for the kiddos to pack their own snacks for the playground and pool. With the different monsters on front we will even know whose snack is whose.

3. Magic Jinn

Games to keep the children busy are so important for camping trips. I like taking simple activities with few pieces to lose. The concept of this toy is 20 Questions and the cat will try to guess what animal you are thinking about. I know that my oldest is going to have a lot of fun with it. I received this toy as part of a BzzAgent.com program.

These are just a few of the many items I am packing today for our trip! Our car is going to be full to the brim!

What items are must-haves for your camping trips?

Where do you like to camp?

What are your favorite camping foods?

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
