Raise your hand if your child dresses like a Disney character several times a week. At our house, Lily rotates through Elsa, Rapunzel, Belle, Cinderella, and then back again. The moment she heard we were going to Disney on Ice, Lily began planning what she was going to wear. When we went last year, the the Energy Solutions Arena was filled with little princesses and Mickey Mouses.
We are busy mom’s so I’ve scoped out the cast of characters for Let’s Celebrate and collected all the cutest and most wearable costumes from Amazon.com for you. Two-day shipping is my fave!
My hands-down favorite brand for princess dresses is Little Adventure. They are a local Utah brand, but they are in shops everywhere and on Amazon.com. See all the reasons I love them (machine washable, non-itchy, GORGEOUS!) in my post Tips on Finding the Perfect Costume for Your Princess.
On to the costumes!
Your little Tiana will love this Lily Pad princess dress-up set. My boys have been giggling about this Plush Frog Hat – One Size, too. In these ensembles they will be set to have fun at the Mardi Gras with Tiana and Naveen.
Little Adventures does not have an Alice in Wonderland costume on Amazon, but I did find this darling one that is machine washable.
My boys will be going as Buzz Lightyear and Woody! Love this Buzz Lightyear Classic – Size: Child S(4-6) and Buzz Lightyear Gloves Costume Accessory.
Your daughter will be ready to play in the winter wonderland with Jesse in this Jesse Deluxe Child – Size: 3T-4T costume.
Now for the princess dresses. My daughter wears all three of these dresses and LOVES them! My favorite part – machine washable. I don’t have to worry about her spilling during dinner or during the show.
Make sure your daughter has the princess hair to match with these Frozen Hair tutorials.

So many cute ideas! I remember going to Disney on Ice when I was a kid. I didn’t dress up but I remember having a great time 🙂

We’re waiting for the Frozen Disney On Ice, which will come to our area later on. My daughter dresses up every day. She has Elsa, Anna, Mulan, and a dress that looks like it could be Ariel’s. Her Minnie Mouse dress is getting too small for her now, though.

The Frozen on Disney on Ice looks amazing! We are definitely excited for that one to come to Salt Lake City, too!

Very cute choices. My boys just wore Disney sweatshirts that they got one of the last times we were in Disney World 🙂

My 4 year old daughter dresses up every day! AND changes her clothes at least 4 times a day! She would love all of these costumes 🙂

How fun! Everyone should enjoy dressing up as often as they can as a child (and once in a while as an adult)

I have never been to Disney On Ice but I’ve been wanting to take my littles to it! Dressing them up is such a fun thing to do.

Machine washable princess dresses are the best. Especially when you’re letting them wear it somewhere like Disney on ice!

I’ve never been to Disney on Ice but would love to go. It would give me just one more excuse to wear my many Disney t-shirts.

Aw how fun and great choices! I took my 6 y/o to see Disney on ice a couple years ago, and she would love to go again- and of course her 3 y/o sister wants to go now as well 🙂

Disney On Ice is so much fun, and these costumes are awesome! I think I’d like to try Elsa’s side braid for myself!

Disney on Ice is one of my most favorite things to do and was a tradition for my late grandma and I for close to 30 years. This past year is the first that I have missed. I need to carry this on with my children for sure. Thanks for the dress tips
Rosey · February 24, 2015 at 10:34 pm
Everything is so cute. My son had a ton of dress up costumes for the longest time. He never had Buzz though and I bet he would have loved it!

We are going to Frozen on ice this spring and I’m sure my little one will want to dress up! Thanks for the referral to Little Adventures. A non-itchy costume is key for little ones!

These costume ideas are adorable! Pretty sure my five year old daughter would be a princess and my son would be Buzz lightyear… pretty much daily he yells “to infinity and beyond” before running into something and almost breaking it.
krystal · February 25, 2015 at 3:02 pm
I hope to go when it comes to our town. Man, I wish I could wear a princess dress!
OurFamilyWorld · February 25, 2015 at 6:36 pm
My daughters love to get their hair like the Disney Princesses. It makes them feel even more pretty then they already are.
