Looking back at what posts were viewed the most is one of my favorite December wrap-up activities. I write this blog with my audience in mind, but I also indulge in posts that I am passionate about it. It is always fascinating to see how it all comes together.
This year’s top posts had a strong resemblance to last year’s with healthy eating, after school snacks, and a splash of Disney thrown into the mix! Seeing my behind the scenes movie-making posts and reviews break into the top ten was a welcome addition. From interviewing the star of Lost to sharing heart-breakingly real and inspirational stories put to film – I’m crossing my fingers for similar collaborations in 2016.
Thanks for being part of my blog family and supporting these posts! Which one was your favorite?
1. Breakfast Quinoa with Blueberries. I giggle about this one. Easiest breakfast on the planet and healthy, too. Took the pic super quick with my camera phone in my mom’s poorly lit basement before heading to the SNAP Conference in April last year. Crazy that it is my most pinned post! If life ever slows down, I’ll be retaking those pics.
2. Tips for your First Disney on Ice. Disney on Ice is still capturing our hearts twice a year! These tips are holding strong and I keep adding new ones as well.
3. Healthy, Easy Back to School Snacks – This post jumped from number 9 to number 3. My daughter still begs for school lunches and I occasionally oblige with some of these fun ideas.
4. On the Set of The Cokeville Miracle. Being on the set of The Cokeville Miracle in 2014 initiated me back into the film world. It was the first of many faith-based films that I had the privilege to review this year.
5. One Month of Easy School Lunch Ideas.
6. Behind the Scenes of the Movie Just Let Go. Not only did I go behind the scenes of Just Let Go, I also got to be an extra! My daughter and I made our big screen debuts in the church and court room scenes.
7. Freetown – A Riveting Account of Modern-day Miracles. Another film that captured my heart this year. Attending premieres and talking with the people who the films were based on was a highlight this year. Real stories matter and I hope they continue to be shared.
8. General Conference Activities and Ideas.
9. How I Lost 5 lbs in a Week. Still craving that French toast …
10. Resources for Teaching Children about Following the Prophet
I would love to hear about your top 10 posts for the year in the comments!
