The brochure was very detailed and easy to follow. With some clicks of the whitening pen, I was on  my way to saying hello to whiter and brighter teeth! The gel smoothed easily over my teeth and I was able to get the lip and cheek protectors easily into place. The high intensity LED accelerator light fit comfortably in my mouth. Now came the fun part, watching my favorite BBC shows while the teeth whitening magic happened!

I have sensitive teeth so I only left the gel on for 25 minutes. Normal sessions can last from 20 minutes to 3 hours depending on the level of your teeth sensitivity. My teeth felt fine afterward so next time I am going to try a little longer. One teeth whitening pen has 7 applications so I plan on gradually increasing the amount of time.
